Please read the following terms and conditions of hire as you will be required to sign a copy before we leave your premises.
All persons using the equipment do so at their own risk
You must ensure that children are supervised at all times. Only persons up to 11 years of age are permitted to use the inflatables unless you hire one of our range that are designated as suitable for adults.
No eating, drinking or smoking is permitted on the inflatables. All users must remove shoes, jewellery and buckles. Do not get sand on the inflatables as this causes serious damage.
Do not overcrowd the inflatable. Do not allow children to climb up, hang off or sit on top of the inflatable walls. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step. Strictly no acrobatics.
Ensure that there is first aid equipment available in the event of an injury.
Do not allow animals on the inflatable. Ensure the area is clear of animal excrement.
Once the item is inflated, we the proprietors will not be held responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries however caused. The safe operation of the castle becomes your responsibility and the inflatable must remain anchored at all times.
Do not relocate the inflatable. If for safety reasons it has to be moved, deflate it, disconnect and remove the blower, and with a person at each corner lift the inflatable. Do not drag it. Once relocated, be sure to anchor the inflatable with all the stakes provided. Do not relocate the inflatable to an area with hazards around it e.g. fences, over hanging branches etc. Never turn off the blower when the inflatable is in use.
Do not use the inflatable in wet and windy conditions as this will make it dangerous.
The Hirer is responsible for any damage that may be caused to the inflatable and will be charged for any damage or items missing.
As the owners, Simply Add Ltd have the right to remove the castle at any time.
Inflatables are usually delivered between 10.00 am and 11.30 am, typical collection time is from 4.00 pm.
An extended collection time may be mutually agreed for an additional charge.
We will supply a 25 metre electrical cable and will need access to an electricity power point within this distance.
If paying by credit card an additional 5% handling charge applies |
